Flat Stan First Aid workshops are specifically designed for children aged 4 yrs to 11yrs. The aim is to teach younger children vital and essential first aid life skills.
It is a brilliant programme that is engaging, informative, fun and appropriate for the age group. Flat Stan mannequins and other visual aids are used throughout to demonstrate.
The workshops are structured to give children the opportunity to develop their knowledge and confidence to be able to act in an emergency. Workshops are delivered on your school premises by experienced Work Place trainers.
Sessions available:
- 90 min workshop for KS2 – up to 30 students covering:
What is First Aid
What to do in an emergency and making an emergency call
DR ABC
Recovery position
CPR
Burns, Bleeding and bandages
Choking - And 60 min workshop for KS1 – up to 30 students:

Costs:
£350 half-day / £450 full day
Please note a large open space is needed for delivery as students will take part in a practical activity. If this space is used for school lunch please note this will impact on session timings/delivery.
