Terry and Vikki Anderson registered their gym affiliate CrossFit All Out at their home garage gym in Newton Aycliffe 10 years ago.
In January 2014 they then secured planning permission for change of use of Unit 8 Northfield Way and the community-focused gym has gone from strength to strength and had another busy summer.
Reflecting upon a decade of business, Vikki said “as a small family business, it’s been an eventful 10 years with lots of challenges and achievements and we are still always looking for ways to improve. We now feel much more confident in knowing what we want the business to look like and where it’s headed. The friendships that have formed, and the support our members have for each other and us, is incredible and to see. Some of our younger CrossFit kids growing up in front of us and becoming young adults, growing in confidence and ability is wonderful. We would like to thank everyone who’s supported us throughout and, of course, our fantastic team of coaches and members, who it wouldn’t be possible without.”
