As a business community we understand the importance of investing in, and developing the next generation. Our future workforce is grown from local education providers and our aim is to build strong lines of communication and collaboration with them to help educators steer students on the right path for their chosen career.

Often this starts with raising awareness in students with the variety of opportunities and wide choice of careers available.

Aycliffe Business Park Community have pioneered projects with local colleges to give a ‘behind the scenes’ look into the roles that make a range of businesses successful. Companies host student groups, taking them on a tour through the business, highlighting roles and sharing the routes to those roles. Have a look at the latest tour galleries below.
