CrossFit All Out is the only CrossFit affiliate in Newton Aycliffe, opened in 2014 by husband and wife Terry and Vikki Anderson.
Group personal coaching is delivered through a weekly programme limited to 250 members with no contracts.
The US programming is delivered by CrossFit Mayhem and strength programme from Burgener. In addition, there are weekly classes for kids aged 3-16 years and opportunities for local schools and sports clubs to have private sessions, as a one-off or block booking.
